Membership Application

To submit your ART membership application form as either a new member, or as a renewal, select a membership level below, and click on the [Next] button.

If you wish to submit your membership form and dues by mail, please print the form, fill it out & return it as directed on the form with payment submitted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to collect and process mail from our PO Box. To ensure your membership is renewed in a timely fashion, we encourage you to renew online through your profile or our form. 

*Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors receive no goods or services in return for their donation. A copy of ART’s latest annual report may be obtained, upon request, from the organization or from the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau, Attn: FOIL Officer, 120 Broadway, New York, New York 10271.
