  &lt;p style="line-height: 22px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 16px;"&gt;Event attendees are invited to visit the South Street Seaport Museum’s landmark exhibition, The Promise of Liberty: Words That Shaped a Nation, as well as the long-term exhibition, Maritime City. Following the exhibitions, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Museum’s Archives and Special Collections storage rooms and learn about the Seaport Museum’s archival collections and institutional archive projects. Museum staff and interns will provide an overview and show the projects they are working on including ephemera, documents, photographs, and institutional records.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 16px;"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;

Since 1967, the Museum has connected visitors with the city's rich maritime heritage through exhibitions, collections, historic buildings, a working nineteenth-century letterpress print shop, a maritime reference library, and one of the nation's most significant fleets of historic ships. Known as "Where New York Begins," the Museum brings together history, art, culture, and the waterfront to tell the story of the city through the lens of its enduring relationship with the sea.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
