Ryan Anthony Donaldson, CA, brings over 10 years of extensive experience as an
archivist, information manager, museum professional, and editor in both cultural heritage
and corporate environments. Ryan is currently the Manager of Heritage and Information
Services with The Durst Organization, a fourth-generation family real estate firm in New
York, NY. From 2007-2012, he served as the company's first Archivist.

In 2007, Ryan earned an M.A. in History Museum Studies from the Cooperstown
Graduate Program (CGP) in Cooperstown, NY, and served as CGP's Archivist. He has
previously interned with the Archives and Special Collections department at the National
Baseball Hall of Fame, the Seymour B. Durst Old York Library and Reading Room, and
the Missouri Historical Society. Ryan has served on the A.R.T. Board of Directors as Vice
President/President Elect (2012-2013), supporting the Board on a broad range of
initiatives including branding, communications, advocacy, and programming. Ryan's
previous work with A.R.T. includes Director of the Communications Committee
(2010-2012), where he led a staff of 8 as Editor-in-chief of the Metropolitan Archivist,
A.R.T.'s semi-annual publication. Ryan also was the Coordinator of the Outreach &
Communications Committee (2009-2010), helping to launch and facilitate A.R.T.'s
Archives Education Institute (AEI), and he volunteered with the Membership Committee
