Judicial Records Forum (#JRF)

Records -- judicial or corporate or governmental in a broader sense -- are in a time of transition. Most records are now created electronically. Existing paper records are being converted into electronic form. This program looks at this paradigm shift and, in separate panels, considers:

1. What practices and principles govern the creation of records today?

2. How can the integrity and accessibility of records in electronic form be assured?

3. What governs public access to records and confidentiality of records?
